About Us

At the core of Simple Settings Ltd lies a sincere dedication to positively impacting the lives of young individuals in care. With a well-established presence and a distinguished reputation in the semi-independent supported living sector, we are committed to delivering therapeutic assistance and effective solutions for the intricate challenges faced by looked after young people.

Our collaboration with local authorities and other professional support entities ensures that each young person is placed in an environment tailored to address their unique needs. Through the operation of high-quality, fully staffed semi-independent homes, along with independent outreach support provisions for those aged 16 and above, we offer a comprehensive array of specialized support services. These services encompass therapy, education, training, and development, reflecting our genuine commitment to making a tangible impact on the lives of young individuals.

Our Values

Integrity

We are dedicated to doing what’s best for our team and young people. We strive to deliver a high-quality service whilst always acting honestly and transparently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Respect

We believe that every person is different but equal, and that everyone’s unique talent should be recognised and encouraged. We operate a non-discriminatory environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and has equal access to opportunities and benefits.

Commitment

We have built an outstanding team of people who share our core values and passion. By collaborating and working towards shared goals, we are committed to ensuring our homes have exactly the right calibre of staff, services, and resources in place to meet the needs of the young people, and to deliver positive and measurable outcomes.

Responsibility

We embrace a culture of shared accountability and ownership of roles. We all work together to deliver person centred care, putting young people at the heart of everything we do, and helping them when they need it. We have a responsibility to make sure that the young people in our care are protected from bullying, abuse, and neglect.

We Recognize the challenges

We acknowledge the obstacles faced by young people as they prepare to leave local authority care and transition into independent adult life. Our belief is rooted in the idea that by offering positive role models and dedicated, empathetic, and experienced support workers, we can effectively empower them with the essential skills for independent living. This, in turn, enables them to progress and make meaningful contributions to their broader communities.

Our commitment extends to all facets of equality and diversity, evident in our ethos, culture, and service delivery practices. Every individual is treated with respect, and we embrace the valuable contributions stemming from the diversity of our young people, staff, partners, and stakeholders. Our Pledge

We are dedicated to consistently delivering the highest standards of support through a compassionate, considerate, and nurturing approach. Our commitment extends to fostering opportunities for both our young people and our staff team.

We strive to provide exceptional supported living services tailored to the individual needs of each young person and in accordance with the specifications of the local authority.

Our homes are designed to offer a cozy, secure, and inviting environment—one that aligns with the standards we would want for our own families.

We encourage young people to express their views, provide feedback, share compliments, and voice any concerns they may have.

Creating a supportive atmosphere, we aim to facilitate each young person’s access to education or vocational training and support their journey toward a diverse range of employment and apprenticeship opportunities.

When the time is right, we are committed to assisting young people in leaving local authority care and transitioning into independent adult life.
